Shipping policy

Stock items in Malaysia will be shipped within 4–5 business days after payment has been processed.

Pre-order items and U.S. stock items have an estimated time of arrival (ETA) of 6–8 weeks in Malaysia after the order is placed. Please note that the ETA is an estimate only and not exact. Shipment may be earlier or later due to various logistical factors.

Pre-order items via WhatsApp: We will contact you once your order arrives in Malaysia. You will have 5 business days to complete the final payment. If payment is not made within this period, the deposit will be forfeited.

Pre-order items via Website: We will send you an email to inform you that your order arrives. 

Once the shipment arrives in Malaysia, as it has several hundred orders, it will take at least 8-10 business days for unpacking, sorting, and packing. 

Once the order has been dropped off at Pos Laju, we will email your tracking number. Due to occasional issues with Gmail, the email may not go through. If this happens, you can check your tracking number on this website under the “My Order” menu after the time frame stated above.
