All sales are final. No return. No exchange. No refund. If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. Most items are bought at the outlet stores. We try our very best to make sure that the items are in perfect condition. We cannot guarantee that there will not be minor imperfections especially items that are transferred from the boutique stores.

Additionally the items are shipped from the USA in tightly packed boxes. This might cause some of the items to lose their shape. In general, the  shape will return to normal after you use it several times.

We do not advise to purchase from us if you are a fussy buyer.

ETA is Estimated Time of Arrival for the shipment to arrive in Malaysia. It will take 6-7 business days to process after arrival.

We will contact you once your order arrives via 0192157252. You have 5 business days to make the final payment. After the 5 days, your deposit will be forfeited.

Pre-order items will take 6-7 weeks after you place the order.

US stock items will arrive approximately the last day of each month. Orders placed after the 13th of the month will have an ETA of the end of the following month.
